Nana Poppins has been a dream of mine. I have done Caramel Corn to give as gifts, to family and friends, for over 25 years. It was a very slow process. Each batch being baked in my
oven on a cookie sheet in a single layer. A very time consuming process! However as my children grew up, it was a Christmas tradition in our home. In the last year, God provided commercial
equipment which made it possible to go into production on a much larger scale. It has taken much time and patience to perfect my receipe on a large scale, but now to our delight we can say it is as
good as it was when doing it one pan at a time.
